Physiotherapy
Assessment, treatment and rehabilitation built around you. Whether you're dealing with a new injury, a long-standing problem or working towards a return to sport, we start by understanding what is limiting you and what you want to get back to.
From everyday problems to sporting injuries.
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before making an appointment. Physiotherapy can be a useful starting point for new injuries, persistent or recurring problems, post-operative rehabilitation and difficulties affecting your ability to work, exercise or participate in sport.

Care that can change as you do.
Physiotherapy at Titan isn't built around keeping you on a treatment table.
Sometimes reducing pain and settling symptoms is the first priority. At other times, the most useful thing we can do is help you move, progressively load an area, rebuild strength or prepare for the demands of work, training or sport.
That's why our treatment rooms and rehabilitation gym sit under one roof. Your care can evolve as your needs change — from assessment and treatment through to progressive rehabilitation, strength and return to the activities that matter to you.
There is no fixed pathway. The plan is shaped around you, your goals and what your body needs to be capable of.
Gym-Based Rehabilitation
One-to-one rehabilitation focused on building strength, confidence and physical capacity — whether you're recovering from injury, preparing for what comes next, building resilience, or simply want to get stronger but aches, pains or uncertainty have left you unsure where to start.

A targeted physiotherapy technique that may help reduce pain and sensitivity in some people, particularly in the short term. At Titan, dry needling is used when there is a clear clinical reason to use it — often to make movement, loading or rehabilitation more comfortable.
