Gym-Based Rehabilitation

One-to-one rehabilitation focused on building strength, confidence and physical capacity — whether you're recovering from injury, preparing for what comes next, building resilience, or simply want to get stronger but aches, pains or uncertainty have left you unsure where to start.

Progress you can measureWhere appropriate, strength, movement and physical performance can be reassessed to help guide progression and return to activity.
Who it's for

Rehab, prehab and everything between.

You don't need to be injured to start here. Some people move into gym-based rehabilitation after physiotherapy, while others come directly because they want to rebuild strength, prepare for sport, become more resilient or simply feel more confident exercising around an existing ache or pain.

The starting point is different for everyone. The goal is to understand what your body needs to be capable of, then build towards it progressively.

How it fits at Titan

Beyond getting better.

For us, rehabilitation isn't finished simply because pain has settled.

Getting back to work, training, running or sport can require strength, confidence and physical capacity that treatment alone cannot provide. Our rehabilitation gym allows us to progressively bridge that gap.

For some people, gym-based rehabilitation follows physiotherapy. For others, it is the starting point. And for athletes and active people, it can be used proactively to identify and develop the physical qualities needed for the demands ahead.

The goal isn't simply to get you out of pain. It's to help make sure your body is ready for what you want to ask of it.
